Tamarack Camp near Ortonville, MI is looking for a water ski instructor this summer.
Due to Covid-19, there will be a bubble created at the camp this summer and the instructor will need to be included. The commitment will be from June 14-August 20th. The camp conducts two sessions. If an instructor candidate is unable to commit to the entire time, there may be a one session (one month) option.
The camp offers activities that include tubing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, two skis, slalom, and slalom course with buoys.
The age requirements for an instructor are at least 18 years old or rising college freshman.
The age range of students is from 7 years old to 16 years old, not including the staff, which range from 18 to 25 years old.
The camp welcomes the opportunity to interview all candidates who are interested and will certify all staff who are hired for Lifeguard and CPR .
The camp is well equipped with skis, kneeboard, wakeboards, slalom course, ropes, tubes, vests, 2 speed boats, and 3-4 jet skis.
